Default running lean and missing? 1993 Mustang

anyone know the remedy? cleaned TB, new sparks, new wires, new coil packs. what could it be?

check for vac. leaks and run a fuel pressure test.

When was the last time your o2 sensor was changed?

I changed it and it still running a little rough does it take time to settle in our could it be something else?

disconnect the battery for an hour and reconnect, while battery is disconnected, check every single harness and make sure they aren't chafed, split, or burned; and make sure they're all connected tightly, I threw $200 at a 5.0 with the same symptoms and it ended up being a loose connector for the fuel injector harness (the big one that all of the injector wiring runs through, 2.3s have the same kind of connector) at the back of the engine.

RJS 11-gallon fuel cell, C4 tranny, chrome 16" pony wheels, fuzzy dice, brown vinyl half-top, and painted in the tackiest color ever (harvest gold, that's why I call it "The Goldenrod").

Also have a 2003 Dodge Ram (lightly modded daily driver/tow rig/office/dining room/home away from home/workshop... I call it "The Big Blue Dawg".)

my 86 turbo svo is reading lean on my air/fuel ratio gauge and its hesitant with power and idle. any suggestions?
