This is a 2.3 DIS system im getting ready to pull off the timing belt. The crank pulley is aligned with the Tc mark but the cam gear mark is slightly off to the left of the pointer. What can i do now? or is that acceptable? Also can i remove the belt without taking off the vibration dampener/crank hub/harmonic balancer?

remove the balancer assembly,when you reassemble your marks should line up right,remember to buy a tensioner also.after assembly turn engine over by hand 2 revolutions and recheck timing marks.
