1989 mustang timing problem

Default 1989 mustang timing problem
When i try to start my mustang, it turns over about 2 times then acts like somthing suddenly stoped the pistons, and then it start the process over. what is wrong. i have changed the timing belt and put new spark plugs in.

Nevermind people, i found the problem. Its some black plastic thing in the distributer is broken in half.
