Default 1989 2.3 Mustang with belt routing question

Hello! I just purchased a 1989 Mustang LX, 2.3L. I bought the car as a daily driver to help save some money on gas. The car's alternator/power steering belt broke when driving it on to the trailer to get it to my house. Does anyone know a site, or have a diagram, to show the correct path for the new belt? I've tried 2 different routes and one is too slack and one is too tight. Yes, I am aware of the tensioning pulley. I called the local Ford dealership, yesterday, to find out how to get it to move.

TIA,
Ty Addison

Hiya and welcome. Glad you joined us.
Here's what I found, if you scroll half way down the page you'll have both the 1989 and then the 1990-1993 2.3L belt routing diagram. Click on the image and you'll get a larger picture.

Default Thanks!

Thank you for the information, and quick reply! It's something driving a car without power steering! Yes, I've had a car with no power steering, but that was overseas.

Default Disc brake help

Do you know what size Torx bit I need to take off the front calipers of a 1989 LX, 2.3L ? I don't seem to have one large enough in my tool box.

TIA
