Default Need Help With A 1993 Mustang Problem

Mods can move this to 2.3L tech if they want, but i figured more people look in Mustang Lounge than anything.

I just got new brake shoes, and it drove smoothly after that for about a week, but when the first snow came, My 2.3L Mustang started having a problem that the back left wheel will NOT move while it is in Drive, OverDrive, 2nd Gear, 1st Gear, it just locks up, but it moves smoothly in reverse, and I've heard 2 different things that it could be.

What Others Said The Possible Problems It Could Have.
1. My Bearings in the wheel are shot.
2. My rotars are locked up.

Anyone that has the teeniest bit of knowledge, please help me...

Who did the shoes?
Were they installed correctly?
I'd check the springs and the shoe placement against the good side to make sure.

Sounds like they're adjusted up too far, or the E-brake isn't releasing. However, you mentioned new shoes AND rotors. Did you mean drums?
If you have rear disc brakes, you could have a bad caliper or hose. Or the E-brake isn't releasing.

I Figured out it was the Emergency brake not releasing, i found that out after my brake cylinder got punctured and brake fluid went everywhere though, so the car is still unmovable.
