there is a sensor int the box as well as another electrical wire they are all plastic cased though not aluminum

no I don't have one, sorry. Have you seen a 91 with the dual plugs? Nothing is straight forward compared to the regular 2.3L. I would imagine it has the sensor you are speaking of maybe just a different design. there is a grill inside the pipe next to the box, is that what you mean?

If you have a 91 or later, i guarantee it is MAF cause that is what i have.

No offence to whoever stated the Oval Port head idea, dont do it. Port out your D port. The Oval Port is poor on the reliablitly side. Its something to do with how it runs the oil pressure, it cause me some havoc. Stick with the D port.
