can youm here the fuel pump?if you can't make sure the shut of switch hasn't tripped somehow.if it's ok and the pump isn't running it's probably bad, also there's a black box on the right side strut tower thats the ccrm (constant control relay module)it controls firing, electric fans, fuel pump and several other things.good luck.

Just make one
Ford EEC-IV diagnostics testing

Check for any loose connections and check you crank position sensor

No distributor in a 93.

This may sound stupid, but you didn't mention it. Have you checked the timing belt?

swing by your auto parts store and have them run a test on the alternator (free)

have you done a compression test?? if the timing belt broke you'ld have fuel pressure (because the pump comes on for 2 seconds) but no injector pulse or spark.

Really easy test
grab the # 1 & 2 injectors have someone turn the key to the run position you should fell them click. If not check your tps.
pull one plug wire put a spark plug in it hold it to ground and have someone try to start the car if there is no spark pull the spout connector out and try again be careful here as the car may start. If you still have know spark you will need to start checking connections if they are all good then you need to check your crank pickup. If you replaced this recently you need to double check that it is correct. If spark is ther and injectors click triple check your cam timing is correct.
How are you checking your spark do you have a spark tester or just a plug held to ground while someone cranks
check the tps if its fubar your car will not start because it may think it is in flood clearing mode past seventy percent throttle while cranking I believe. I think the tps and the dis pickup are the only SENSOR that can actually keep your car from starting. the dis will prevent spark and the tps can prevent injectors from working. TPS key in run, on the idle stop, 1)= ground 2) = 5v and I believe it is the middle wire but easy enough to figure out should read .9 to 1 v
