i havea friend that would like to try to rebiuld a 2.3 lol

lol can some one tell me where we can find a cam and a header for the fast 2.3

You can get the cam you're looking for at either Autozone, Pep Boys, Advance Auto Pars, or Discount Auto Parts.

Federal Mogul is among the manufacturers of high-performance cams for 2.3s

The header can be either custom built by a competent exhaust shop, or Pace Setter makes a few 2.3 headers that can be ordered through JCWhitney.

You can get headers from Racer Walsh he have everything for 2.3 from Turbo headers to Twin Webber kits.
