Default Max performance for a N/A LIMA

Hello: this is the main proposite of writing in this forum. I have recently finished a carbureted LIMA project and would like to know about people that have been working in this kind of engines, 2.3 , 2.5 2.85 , or whatever, I d like to know which power is the maximum obtained for an N/A, 8v or 16 (volvo).

The max power I obtained for my 2.85L project was 238hp, Id like to reach 300hp N/A. (with or without a 16v volvo head, actaully I am 8v).
I have heard that some people have made (not esslinger) a 16v alluminium head, IŽd like to know more about this.

My project here.

Taunus Forum - The 2.8 Project

I will continue devolping this project, I am reading all the net searching for more to add to my car.
I need to put a dry sump kit and an electrical water pump (esslinger).

Any help will be appreciated, due to N/A customizations are not common, all used turbo fir this engines, Id like to develop n/A.

Thanks

Ok, so I am trying to reborn this post seems nobody šplayedš with this engine. Would like to learn from someone who may have/had this Lima 2.3 stroked, or 2.3 but without turbo or nitrous.

I have also bought the 16v b234f from volvo but this will be next year project with injection (MOTEC or Electromotive). How mucho power should I obtain from this head if 2.8 and only N/A.?

Ok I have just bought an E2230 esslinger cam. Will use it in an Iron cast head that flows like the SVO one.

The main problem of this head is the iron cast only. Will use 2 weber 50 dco sp.Compression is 11.5:1 98 octane fuel.

The simulator (dynomation professiona series) showed 261 hp at 7000rpm with the current configuration.

Would like to know how much do you think I can get with 13:1 and 115 octane fuel...and if you think that this is good. This is a drag racing car.

the engineer that manages my car (who tested with dynomation) told me that there has not been power increase with this configuration....I think that he dont want me to try this to avoid breaking the engine... Id like to reach 285 (esslinger did it, but with 15:1 and alluminum head) but 270 275 if possible...

do you think this is possible?

With the Iron cast? Or alluminium?

I have the Iron cast , remember that. IŽd like to know how much power can I expect with 13:1 if I am 261 now (11.5:1).

Esslinger told me to use this, but Dont know how much power will I gain.
