Default Fuel Injectors for 1991 Mustang LX 2.3 L Vin M

I want to replace the fuel injectors on my 1991 LX 2.3L 4 cyl Vin M engine. I would be grateful for any advice on

(1) replacement injectors, quality, value for money -
CVU, Motorcraft, etc with specs

(2) removing the old injectors.

(3) installing new injectors.

I'm in Canada where parts are expensive. I will probably buy them next time I'm in the Buffalo area.

Thanx

Hey, give this guy a shout. I was going to buy some from him and ended up not being my problem. He gives you a report on the flow with them. He sells on ebay and the 1991-1993 injectors are different. He wanted like $60 US

Default 8 plug 4 cyl 2.3L in '91 to '93 mustang lx

the 8 plug 4 cyl 2.3L engine in my 1991 LX convertible is a vin M engine. the vin M designation applies to 4 cyl mustang model years 1991, 1992 and 1993. this engine is also found in other ford vehicles such as some ranger pickup trucks and perhaps some mazda 2300 pickups. you're '89 does not have the modified cylinder head that raised the horsepower from 88 hp to 105 hp in 1991.

The head didn't do that, it was the cam and the MAF

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster
