Default Any advise on installing 3dcarbon side scoops?

I have them in hand, but it looks like it may be sorta hard to get them lined up once I peel off the backing on the 3M tape.

Thanks,

Rodney

Yeah line up the top only with the 3m tape only pulled off on the top that way you can press the scoop to the car and not be 100% committed.

Then with the top of the scoop stuck to the car slowly pull off the 3M tape and press in the scoop and ensure it has made contact on both the scoop and the car.

I never had issues with my window scoops but if it is a door scoop you might want to buy some better 3M tape. I found that the 3M tape that I had did not last more then 3 months before I lost my side scoop and had to buy a new one.

It's not hard. Peel a small corner of each piece of tape leaving it exposed and attach the scoops lightly. Then pull the tape and press firmly until it's fully attached. Be sure to use 3M adhesion promoter where the tape attaches to the car.

How 'bout waiting until its warm enough for the adhesive to bond properly? That, or breaking out the hair dryer.
