S197 Built Bottom question? Stud the Mains? Anyone out there had to do this?
I will be running as much boost a possible on pump gas. D1 with internals.

what do you mean by studs and mains. As in Head Studs?
You should be looking around 15psi with that set up

I would get the F-1 charger if I was you. Because the D1 does not have a carb number on it and if your not worried about that might as well get the f-1

My MMR motor has bolts but I had to replace one of them with a stud to connect the oil pickup tube.

F1 way to loud! If I could do it all over I would go whipple or KB
5 twenty what oil pump and pickup r u using?

Thats weird because my P1 is louder then this F1 I heard at Fabulous Fords in Knotts. Mine had a higher pitch to it when his has more of a low tone.

Good choice on the KB. I'm using the stock pickup with an MMR racing oil pump.
