It can be done but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has never done a spring job. A loaded spring can kill.

Okay, I understand the panhard bar thing. Saw the online store and they got this panhard bracket thing to go along with it for $70... What the hell is a panhard bracket???, do I need this in order for Panhard rod to work??

I have a V6 stang and want to save money on lowering my car: So I bought

Panhard Rod
Camber Bolts
Eibach Pro Springs
GT shocks and struts
GT front and rear sway bar

what else do I need? Am I missing something? Why is this all getting so complicated, on my old cars, I would just replace the shocks and springs and get an alignment every year...

The difference is these cars are made without any front adjustment. Old days you had shims to move the a arm in or out but now days you need camber/caster plates or camber bolts. Old days you took out a leaf or two from the rear leaf springs to lower, now days you cut the coil or install new springs and adjust the panhard to recenter the rear diff unless it's a four link.

No you don't need it. It's only needed for those who have an aftermarket differential cover.
