Default SCT XCAL 3 flash question

I had my computer flashed by Ford (on purpose) to update it to handle my My Color gauge upgrade.

My question is I do not want my SCT tuner to overwrite my updated flash if I decide to return it back to stock. Is there a way to update the stock tune in my SCT with the present flash? I could not find any info on SCT's web site.

Thanks.

No. You will need to provide the new strategy to your tuner so your tunes can be updated and you'll need to zeroize the device to get rid of the old stock tune.

Do you know how to "zeroize" the device?

From within the Liveload software. I'd contact your tuner or SCT before you do anything.

Spoke to SCT this morning. The X3 will automatically update the stock tune with the most recent version. Looks like the X2 does not have this feature.
