i have a predator that is for 05+mustang. when i hooked it up, and selected performance tune, it said "your vehicle is not in our database, contact your dealer for a free update" i bought this used for 100.00. is it locked? or do i just need to get an update? how do i do that?

okay, i just went back out to the car and plugged it back in, and selected "show last tune written" on the options. It shows the last tune written to be the original backup. so it is unlocked, according the online manual (dont have a hardcopy) i need to update it. im out to walmart to get a cable.... $90 for a brand new, complete trueflow intake, $100 for a predator in great shape.... $500 savings, thats enough left to get some N20.............moddin' on a budget.....
