hey i found out it does work. i just used the tool to program my new sensors. (i kept the old sensors on the orig rims) just keep in mind your programming these sensors so i suggest checking and leveling your tire pressure BEFORE doing this. you need to put the car in programming mode. to do this: turn your ingnition key from the off position to the run position three times ending in the run position. step on the brake once. the horn should beep once and a message comes up saying PROGRAMMING MODE on the odometer. then it will say program LF. take the programming fob to the left front tire 180 degrees from the valve stem, where the sensor is located inside the rim. press the green button on the fob. the red light will illuminate and the horn will beep. then the odometer will say program RF. do the same to the right front tire 180 degrees from the valve stem press the button on the programming fob. the horn will toot again do the right rear and the left rear using the same sequence. it only took me like a minute. |
