Default shaking shifting

I have these problem, every time I shift the first gears the tranny vivrates. Every time Im going to pull from stop on 1st gear the tranny shakes and some times it shakes pretty hard that I think it hits metal to metal on the outer of the tranny. If I pull out on 1st gear with a higher rpm It will go pretty smooth. I recently changed to alumimun flywheel, 11inch clutch stage 2, and new alumimun driveshaft. New clutch is stronger and softer than old one. The new clutch has a stronger grip at a little pedal effort than old clutch. It did the same problems with the old clutch. Also I since the old clutch did not have much strong grip I think the problems wasn't that bad before. I think is the motor mounts or tranny mount support. please help me pecause is killing me. Thanks

Well I think you are have two problems
1 I think your motor mounts are bad. Its hard to tell without seeing the car.
2 I think you need to pull out with a higher rpm.

Now what year is the car? V6 or GT? What rpms are you pulling out at? That info will help

Went it does that shaking its around 1500 rpm. It did not had this problem with old stock clutch.
If I get it at higher rpm it goes pretty smooth. But I think a mount or some thing is bad. Since is a stronger clutch and lighter flywheel it probably needs a little more rpm. IS a GT

You do need a higher rpm with the stronger clutch. Like traveler pointed out...start off at a higher rpm

Mine does the same thing. I have a Spec stage III, alum driveshaft, alum flywheel. The clutch grabs so hard and so fast that it twists the motor/trans because the OEM engine mounts are wet noodles. The noise you hear is probably the exhaust touching something when it’s all twisted up. I have figured out how to “drive around” it but depending on conditions (road grade, heat in clutch, etc) it will sometimes rattle the exhaust. It seems to like to do it more in reverse too. Probably because it is such a low gear.

The only solution to completely stop it is to get some Prothane engine mounts. Even if you learn to drive around it you will still encounter is every once in a while.
