Default bodywork help (dent removal)

so on top of my other problems someone decided to fling their door open and hit my rear fender well and put a nice ding. i've attached a picture (taken before damage) to show you exactly where it was hit. my question is how do i get it out. it's not severely deep but enough so that i can really notice it. it sits right on the the lip. they couldn't have at least hit it on the flat nope had to do a good job and hit it right where the metal is the stiffest.
once again, please help.............

Try a paintless dent repair service. Worked wonders when I backed out of my garage with the gas door open and creased a body panel.

you can try dry ice , protect your hands first, then lightly run the ice over it for a couple mins, and tap the back light with a rubber mallet or very carfully with a 3oz ball peen (i say 3oz cause it will hinder the possiblity of over hammering it with to much weight), or you can use a curved dolly, but that will require refinishing the surface

Dry ice will work on shallow dents. Also, it's best to heat the surface first (or do it on a hot sunny day).

thanks for the info, i think i'm gonna go the PDR route first and see what happens. and as if things weren't bad enough my fiances brand new 2009 mazda 3 got keyed last night. the car doesn't even have 300 miles on it yet. some people just need taken out back and smacked around a little bit. so much frustration, and stupid people.
