Hey everyone, I currently puts some better performing tires on my GT. A little bit wider (went to 245) and smaller in circumfrence. I didn't know that it was smaller in circumfrence, they told me it wasn't. Now my speedometer reads faster than what I am actually going. So I went to ford and told them that I put smaller tires on, and asked if they could calibrate my speedometer to read correctly. They told me they could "try" but they said they weren't sure if it would do anything.

Are they filling me full of crap? Can't they do that? If they really can't then what should i do? Cause I am looking to sell it soon, and its not going to sell any better if the speedometer doesn't read correctly. And I don't want to buy different tires again just to set the speedo back to normal. I just need to know what I should do. Any suggestions? Thanks.
