Edit: 2 things to watch out for when changing your oil....That 5 qt jug has that plastic seal under the cap and last time I changed it, part of that seal went down in the jug and I did not even notice it. Luckily it got caught in the funnel before it went down in the engine so watch out for that that. Also, always double check the seal on the filter to make sure it didn't stick to the engine. For me, it almost always stays on the engine after I remove the old filter from the block.
That's where I get all of my oil too!

How much is royal purple at walmart? Is it still around $7? I have redline oil in my rear end with the 4.10s. I haven't tried their motor oil yet but will prob stick with royal purple.

None of the Wal-Mart stores around here carry RP.

Is there any real advantage by using RP? I used it once and didn't really notice anything. I always run full synthetic, but tried RP once. Didn't notice anything though.
