2008 Mustang GT mod. advice

First thing I would do is move out of California. On the SCT (tuner I have) box, says "Not For Sale In California". I would guess the other tuners are the same. I would then do a CAI/tuner and custom tune.

Actually the tuners specify 'for offroad use only', so technically they're not legal anywhere.
