Stock radio replacement?

Hi afm, I have this question. I was checking the manual on how to remove the stock Shaker500 on the 2007 GT, and up until now everything was fine until I came across this note:

Prior to removal of the audio unit, it is
necessary to upload the audio unit configuration
information to the diagnostic tool. This information
needs to be downloaded into the new audio unit
once installed.

And this is where im lost. Now, Ive gone into the diagnostic mode and in the 6th preset there is the radio config mode ( I already wrote down all those numbers just in case). What comes next?
uploading? downloading? Help!

I think that only applies if you are replacing the shaker 500 with another shaker 500. I replaced mine with a Pioneer Avic Z2 and didnt do all that.

Yea same here JVC touch screen with nav I did not have to do any thing like that just rip and replaced sorry
