I want to achieve a 1/4 mile time of 12.9 or lower in my 06 GT with no assistance of a supercharger, nitrous, or a turbo kit. I plan to go to a kenne bell supercharger later but I refuse to do so without forged internals. I totalled up all the things needed for the supercharger upgrade and internals it came to $10,000. I am curious about what else I can do to boost my horsepower. I already have a CAI, 3.73 gears, FRPP cat backs, JBA longtubes, JBA h pipe, SCT X3 tune, steeda triaxe shifter, and Steeda UDP. What else can I do?

Well to help out, the CMCP, electric water pump, alum drive shaft and a alum flywheel will all help. A dyno tune would also help.
The other problem is all the N/A mods you could do wouldn't be good for a F/I setup except for the mods I listed except the CMCP.

What are you running now?
seems like the Mods you have listed should get you there.
I had a friend (same guy that tunes forensicsteve's car) run 13.49 with his car with just a canned tune on an Auto.

Do you know what you are running now with your mods? I wouldn't think you are too far away. If you are not in the 12's yet a 1 piece drive shaft, some suspension mods, and some sticky tires should get you there.

Good tires with plenty of side wall (not 20" wheels with Drag Radials). That and some seat time and you should be there.

get the blower and run it on a larger pulley, stay 400 at the tire and you'll be fine
best way to get to the 12s (with a good tire) and then when u build the motor up the boost!
this way you can enjoy the added power now!!
True and you don't end up with a shed full of useless Mods after you finally add a poweradder, like me.

It sounds like you are off to a good start already. If you intend on going with a Kenne Bell SC, then just go ahead and get one. You can run 8lbs of boost easily with the stock 3V. Then just build your engine around the SC. Kenne Bell SCs are able to grow with you engine's ability to handle more power. What you need for power in a NA motor is different than what the requirements are for FI. As someone stated earlier you will just end up replacing some parts twice. If you still want the NA then Google Livernois Motorsports for heads. Their site also has magazine articles that have been published about their parts. Comp cams have some nice cams for the 3 valves. The nice thing is that the aftermarket was allot quicker at getting our 3Vs screaming fast than they were with the 2V mod motors. I've had both and I love the 3V and the power they can achieve compared to the 2V.

If you think there is such a thing as a useless or wasted mod your wrong, use and sell it I couldn't use my TB with my plate nitrous system and sold it for damn nere what I bought it for.
And that kind of my goald I have a list of mods to put on to get 400+RWHP N/A and then I already have the nitrous to add to the equation stop at about 500RWHP and save for bottom end build and S/C.

I would suggest getting some CHE LCA`S and adjustable UCA control arm. Then 1 piece aluminum drive shaft with safety loop. Then some drag radials. The cmdp plates would help also. A good Dyno tune, and you will be there. I am running 13:6 at a very high altitude with similar mods as you, just not the ones I just recommended you do not have. These mods would put you about 12.6 at your altitude or even lower. These mods you can use with the supercharger also.
