Default New clutch on 2005 Mustang GT
I have not had my supercharger for a month yet and the stock clutch is on its way out. The last time at the track it smelled after my last run. Now it slips in 5th gear. I am gonna try out a clutch that JDM uses. Its a P51 clutch disk used with stock flywheel, pressure plate. I am also gonna get a new slave cylinder.
Is there anything else I should get? Rear main seal? New flywheel bolts?

If you get a new cluth do yourself a favor and loose the weight and get a aluminum flywheel.

I have an aluminum f.w and hate it. Stick with steel!

stlwagon, what is it about the aluminum flywheel that you do not like? I am planning a clutch upgrade in the near future along with a supercharger. Just wondering before I start ordering parts. Thanks
