My 2007 GT convertible is experiencing a terrible shudder. Sometimes it occurs at 70-75mph, but it can occur at low speed when punching it.

My Ford dealer has had it a week and has been working with Ford engineers in Michigan. They have leaned towards a fuel issue with a new fuel sensor, fuel filter, throttle body. They have also performed a on-car dynamic tire balance and reviewed exhaust possibilities. The car also has a harmonic vibration at times.

Any experiences that will help speed these guys along...I would like to drive with the top down before next winter.

Your going to be a lot more descriptive of what it is doing. If the “brain trust” can’t figure it out with the car we don’t stand a chance in a forum.

Tell them to keep the car for testing and give you a new 2010 vert.

Sounds like a fuel delivery or fuel volume issue.

I was experiencing the same problem.

I changed out the spark plugs (which after pulling them out i saw where almost completely black), put in 39lbs injectors, BAP and had Brenspeed provide me with a custom tune.

The car is an absolute monster now! No more hesitation!
