Default What is a "normal" wideband sensor reading?

I just had my gauges installed today and I want to make sure I have setup my wideband correctly. What kinds of numbers should I be seeing if the car is running normally?

~14.2-15.1 at cruise. At WOT you should see it drop to 12s or below.

The A/F is in the center aeroforce interceptor. The Ford Racing gauge is a DPIC (Digital Performance Information Center - I think?) It measures 0-60, 1/4 mile estimates, as well as does Lateral G's and front/back G forces. Fun little toy.
