emission tunes 2007 mustang gt

Is it possible to get a emssion tune for my car .2007 mustang gt .kooks long tube cats.roushsupercharger 2.57 pulley ,steeda cai gt 500 fuel pumps.I,am currently working with a tuner now that set me up with a emission tune but I keep getting codes po420 po430 cat below threshold or should I just rip out the headers and go back to stock exhaust .thanks ps I,am in new york
