It does need a tune badly but I think I've got a partially plugged fuel filter or some other issue with fuel volume. It's going to the shop on Monday. I've exhausted my capabilities.

You may have one of the pumps not working.

what is your elevation?

I am at 1 mile high i think, and with a tune, CAI, UDP, i put down 294 hp and i think 295 ft lbs. perhaps check your tune, and look into some F/I

also as stl said, your car may have been one of those low cars to begin with.
