Default 2006 Mustang GT spark plugs

Ive got a lightly modified engine(CAI and Diablo tune) and have heard alot of horror stories here about removing spark plugs. Ive got 28K on my car now and was thinking of replacing the factory plugs with a one piece plug . Whats a good replacement one piece plug to replace the factory plugs for everyday driving?
