We'll see. I'm on travel to Wright Patterson AFB, OH this week so it's going to have to wait awhile.

New race radiator is here! I'm going to try to put it all back together this evening. Crossing my fingers.

Is that the same size as the stocker? Thinner? Thicker?

It's 2.25" so a little more than twice as thick. Dual core. It's a nice chunk of metal!

Will that interfere with the blower at all?

EDIT: Nevermind. You have so many problems that I thought this was a different thread, but understand now.

If you knew about my recent paint problems, you'd feel much better about your situation.

Glad I'm not alone! I will have to modify the fan shroud a tad to get the intake tube to fit.

Radiator is in... What a SOB that was. I think I still have one little piece of loose skin left on my hands Everything fits fine but had to dremel the fan shroud a bit so I'd have room for the compressor and intake tube (since the radiator is twice as thick).

Supercharger reinstall is slated for Saturday (knock wood).

Good to hear.

I think reading your posts has brought the gremlins back to mine. I'm down with some sort of suspension/driveline problem. Thanks!!

Well I think I'm done Reinstalled the supercharger, filled the radiator and started her up. Idled for 30 minutes perfectly. Head temperatures never got above 188* (was typically 202* with the OEM radiator). Still haven't driven it yet. Tomorrow will be the maiden voyage. If all goes well, I'm not touching a thing on this car for quite some time!

How did you get head temp? Data log or actual gauge in the car?
Just curious as I did some data logging for my tuner and my coolant temp was 195* to 206*?

That's what the PCM is reporting to my Aeroforce gauge from the head temp sensor. On the way in to work this morning head temps averaged 198*-202*. Coolant on my Autometer gauge (which has its sensor in a freeze plug in the block) read consistently 185*

Pictures of the finished product. Tight fit with the new radiator but I managed to squeeze it all in there.
