I've been researching different CAIs and decided on Steeda's high flow with the SCT tune. Now after reading how much of a waste TB spacers were I started looking at throttle bodies and BBK is the only kind AM offers. Should I switch my CAI to BBK or keep it Steeda? Or is the Steeda really better as advertised?

That'll work just fine on a throttle body. I'd recommend getting either the GT500 TB or the Ford Racing 62mm over the BBK though.

Can you put the GT500 throttle body on 4.6L GT?

there is an adapter plate that you need to make the GT500 throttle body fit the 4.6L intake.
