I left the audio shop tonight and on the way home, I noticed that my Max AC switch position does not work but all other positions work fine. The shop did have my dash apart and the AC control removed so there is a high potential that the connector is not seated completely. However, before I remove the console and center dash again, I was wondering if there is a separate fuse for just the high speed blower circuit (the Max AC blower circuit)? In the old days, some cars had a separate 30 Amp fuse just for the high speed (Max AC) circuit.

I agree 100%. I was hoping he may have just blown a fuse or something when he powered everything up testing the bluetooth and nav unit. That would have been easier than having to pull it back apart tonight to check connections. But my luck is usually one where what ever is most difficult to get to is where the problem will be.

I'm not sure the Fords are wired this way, but on a GM car I had, the same thing happened, and it wasn't the AC fuse, at least not the one in the fuse box. Rather it was an inline fusable link under the hood that only provided power to the AC blower when the switch was in the High position.
Yeah, that is what I was thinking also. I was a big GM guy for years too. What it wound up being was when the audio guy put the dash back together, he left the plug to the fan switch unplugged. The fan was running with it unplugged, but at a low speed. I thought I was feeling some variation in speed when I turned the switch, but apparently not.
