well whats your data log look like i don't know if this works but if your key is on to aux. and not run, if you push the pedal will the tb open? if so you should get your wife or friend or a rock and push 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, wot, then a smooth gradual press all the way to the floor, the lift it then wot.with you watching the tb, see how it reacts, i wonder if there is a short and the tb blades fluctuate at a certain point, like "shakes" the goes to where it is suppose to. if so mabye it makes a turbulence effect from the air and speratic reading for the ecu to cope with, i'm not saying its in the tb, cause you switched it, but in the electronics leading up to it? hope this helps.
