Default Won't Run With MAF/MAFia Plugged In???

I have been having strange car problems that happened out of the blue. We have finally traced it to being either PCM or MAF/MAFia related. The car will run fine with the MAF unplugged however as soon as it's plugged back in it will try to die. Just replaced the MAF sensor with a new Ford one and had no luck. Could the MAFia have gone bad? I did't have the front cover on the MAFia so I figured maybe moisture got into the board and fried it, however it still powers up. Just trying to see if anyone has experienced this problem or has any advice. I'm just hoping it's not PCM related.

What have you done to your car to have a MAFia installed. I have one installed used as an extention for MAF. I relocated my MAF to my intercooler in front of my radiator.
Prior to relocating my MAF I needed MAFia because my MAF was maxing out during dyno run around 5000rpm. Tuner installed MAFia on 4 setting tuned car right up to red line. But I had an idle problem, when ever I came to a stop idle would drop down to 500rpm and surge between 600 to 800 rpm. Drivability was awlful coming out of 1st gear, 2nd thru 5th was alright. Come to find out my MAF sensor was too close to my throttle body. Talked to procharger they relocated maf into intercooler I did the same. I used the MAFia as an extension for MAF. MAfia set on zero setting. Had car retuned and it's running and idling good.

Sounds to me that the MAFia is toast.

Procharger D1SC ~10psi. Car ran perfect for the last week. Parked it one night and went to leave the house the next morning and it would crank and run about a second until the engine flooded out from all the fuel pouring in. Car will run and idle fine until I plug the MAF/MAFia back in. The MAF is located in the intercooler. Tune is for setting 2 on the MAFia. I'm hoping it's just the MAFia

At 10 PSI do you even need the MAFia? Shouldn't be pegging the stock MAF at that point.

I'm not sure. Got the Procharger kit used and the MAFia came with it. Didn't have the little dust cover on it when I got it, but I didn't think anything of it at the time. I know that it is now tuned for the MAFia so if I try to run it without it will run like crap correct?
