I bought a set of used hoosier race tires for the drag strip from Advanced Performance Tires in Florida. Tires arrived had them mounted and I missed a huge cut on the intersection of the tire/sidewall. Mounted everything for a test drive in the neighborhood. Well one tire went flat and that is when I noticed the cut. Now the guy is unwilling to make it right. Filed a dispute with paypal. Just be careful. Learned my lesson on used tires and certainly will not give my business to this place.

You should had saved a little more $$ and bought new ones with warranty.

yep learned my lesson. A friend of mine did the same thing. bought some used Road Race tires from Miller Motorsports and uses them on his drag car. they Hook really well and cost him about a $150 for the pair. So I tried the same thing but bought them some place else and got burned. Lesson learned.
