I got to see it in person & is is a solid piece of engineering even for a mock up. The thing that got my attention was the bearing supporting the blower snout. Nobody realizes the pressure pulling down on the front of the blower & the longer the snout, the more leverage pulling on it. I suspect this feature could double or triple the interval between snout rebuilds. At 150 bucks per rebuild that covers the extra cost of this upgrade. I went through 3 blowers on my old Bonneville SSEI due to snout bearings going bad.
