Are you referring to loss of torque and all-around poor driveability at higher altitudes..? Are you using an aftermarket tune?

Sounds like the tune needs adjusting.

Also, if the car's dashboard is displaying a CEL(check engine light), and you have a handheld tuner, then read the CEL with the tuner and post the results. If you do not have a tuner, and there's an Autozone store where you live, then get the CEL read there.

If there's no CEL, and the problem started immediately after installing the new plugs, CAI, and TB, then make sure all of the CAI's connections are secure and vacuum tight. If they're ok, then the CAI may require a tune. Which CAI did you buy?

If the CAI does not need a tune, then reinstall the old plugs. If the problem goes away, then the new plugs are the cause. You may be able to return them for another set if you bought them recently.

If swapping the plugs doesn't solve the problem, then install the old TB. If that fixes things, then the new TB is the cause. Return it for a refund if possible.

What is the DTC code? Sounds like you've got a misfire on one or more cylinders.

Make sure each plug's coil pack is properly and securely installed.
If they're ok, then pull all of the plugs. If any of them have heavy carbon deposits on the electrodes, then either they're bad or their coils packs are bad.
It's possible that the porcelain some of the new plugs may have cracked internally during the installation, which can cause misfiring. Installing them requires a steady hand so that the ratchet wrench extension always stays directly in line with the plug centerline in order to prevent stressing the plug. The socket should also be the correct size so that there is no internal play when turning the plug, and the socket does not bind inside the plug port.
Also, if you applied anti-seize compound to the ground electrode shield near the bottom of the plugs, then some may have been unintentionally applied to the ground strap at the very bottom of the plug, which also can cause misfiring. If you replace the plugs, then make sure that no anti-seize compound is applied to the ground strap.

The spring connectors in the coils leave a lot to be desired. a nice set of braided stainless connectors will do wonders for a positive connection. Granatelli has a nice set.

If you didn't get tuned for the CAI you probably have a lean misfire. I would get tuned asap! If you can datalog, you should datalog the issue and post it up.

If the CAI requires a tune and it was installed without one, then that should cause a CEL that reads a lean condition(System Too Lean, Lean Bank One, Lean Bank Two, etc.).
