Default 2006 Mustang GT engine lope

A couple of weeks ago I changed out my factory plugs with Champion 7989s. The engine runs really great, but when its cold, after the first start of the day, it has a slight miss, with the engine loping somewhat. After a few minutes of running its smooth as silk. I torqued the plugs to spec and dont have anti sieze gooped on the electrodes. Im thinking maybe a recheck of torque on plugs is in order? Im not getting any codes for misfires etc., and all electrical connections are secure. Any input would be appreciated.

You could have a coil that's starting to go.

.001 to .002 off will not cause a miss, but I'm glad you got it figured out.
