I have a SCT flash on my 2005 GT.

My amp keeps drawing power so if i dont start the car for a few days the battery dies.

Will this erase my tune? Do i need to reload it?

The SCT tunes are permanent so they don't disappear when you disconnect the battery etc. What will change is your stored adaptive learning values in the Engine Computer, as well as the stored LTFT values. Nothing you need to worry about though.
