I took my car in for the strut popping TSB and mentioned the clutch. The tech took it apart and said, "nope, it's not supposed to sound like that". So they ordered a new master cylinder and now it's dead quiet.

I've got one more issue--the floor vent--them I'm done, the car will be perfect.
