Glad you got it fixed!!

My wife just had the same thing in her Buick. A mouse made a nest under the engine cover and chewed through some of the wires. I sliced them back together and it runs great now. I threw away the worthless engine cover to deter the mice.

It's impossible to tell without knowing what kind of error codes are being generated. Do you have access to a OBD code reader? I saw one today for $69 or you can take it to the auto parts store and many will read the codes for free for you.

Running a SC from Michigan (Michigan tune?) on Cali fuel may be a bad thing!? Are you tuned for the right octane?

I have stopped by at Auto Zone to borrow their code reader... I'm thinking many similar places have them?

Sounds like it was under the intake plenum. Which really shouldn't affect anything. I'm curious.

Well, I went to the grocery today and it happened again. How can a dealership say they fixed the problem and still it happens again?

I hate them!

Does anybody really know how to fix a car?

I don't believe it!

My guess is you have a problem with your throttle body.

I had that problem several weeks ago. Unplugged the CPS harness when I painted my valve covers. Forgot to plug it back in. Car didn't know which end was up.
