Lol, you should have researched all this BEFORE you bought. Hehe, I don't see too much issue with the Bassani mod, go buy June '05 issue of 5.0 Mustang Magazine, they do a detailed Bassani exhaust mod, less the cats as I recall. You don't need to mod the tune just to install Bassani but dyno check. If you put on the Bassani cats (street legal?), as long as they have the O2 sensor interface why should there be an issue? I don't see why you need to "swap" out the exhaust to get emissions passed unless you totally delete the cats maybe, even then you can "trick" the O2 sensors. You should thoroughly read your instructions and if any doubt, have a local muffler shop give advise. From what I hear of todays emmisions checks, as long as you don't throw a "fault light" due to O2 sensors, you will pass test, they only check the 'puter interface. I haven't done one in several years as I never have a car older than 4 years old.
