Question Problem Inserting Gas Nozzle. Anyone else?

Gas attendents (I'm from Jersey, no self serve) have had problems inserting the gas nozzle into my Mustang v6. They have had to turn the nozzle upside down to fill my tank. Anyone else had this issue?

This is a common problem. Take it to the dealer they have to replace the tank. If they look at you like your crazy tell them to look up TSB's on the Mustang.

Default New Gas Tank NOt Working Either

Had my tank replaced-same problem at Mobil stations-less of a problem at Shell. Strong smell of gas in garage in a.m.--they are gonna replace the vapor canister selonoid when they get one in.....Ford suppose to have a meeting of the minds today to figure out the gas tank issue(my dealer was told when he called them). Shaker 500 working great-did kick two store CD's out as bad disk--I blew moist air on play side and wiped on my sweatshirt-put them back in and no problems now.

lol, I remember when there were less than 10 pages in this forum. 80+ pages, same topic after another, yeah, wish there was a moderator to organize this forum into subfolders, its getting big.

Default Yes, I too have had the same problem.

I have also had the same problem at joshjpeg with the fuel nozzle and filling up my gas tank. If this is a common problem as others have indicated, the dealership where I got my car apparently isn't aware of this problem. Today it took me 20 minutes at the gas station and still only got 7 gallons of gas. The automatic stopper on the nozzle kept popping off like the tank was full, but it wasn't. Has anyone else had this problem?
