WOW! Why dont you just tell them to add some dye the next time they add freon. Thats the only way I know of to find the leak. You drive it a few days and take it back. They use a special light to find the leak and fix the problem. I really can't belive they did not think of that..........
I got my new GT in January and drove it for a couple of weeks until I tried the air conditioner. It only blew hot air! They had to fix the air conditioning manifold. I am not sure of the exact fix, but it took about one week to get all of the correct parts and make the fix. Works fine now, however, I have the same problem as many others have posts. When you turn the vent to blow on the floor, you also get air on the windshield, which can lead to fogging. No fix as far as I know.
Citruspilot, they did add the dye to the refrigerant at noon yesterday, it took 6 hours before it showed yet another leaky hose, being replaced right now,
Hopefully, the last problem with the AC

I had a problem with it not getting very cold on hot days(well everyday is hot here in vegas) but now it seems fine. I was comparing it to my work truck and it blows like a freezer.

but, I don't get cold air from my fan settings. The windshield blowers seem to be working great, but the outlets in the dash and footwells get only room-temperature air, even when set to full cold, max power...
Never had problems with the heater! What is up with that?!?
I had mine pop the blower motor resistor on a cross country trip through the midwest last summer when it was 104 degrees out (the car only had about 1000mi at the time)
A dealership out there fixed that, and so far things with the AC have been otherwise ok

I hate that, but the fix is..... At the point of fogging the outside of the window, its usually pretty damn cool in the car by then, so adjust the temp to about the midrange of the cold setting.
Took my car to the dealer today for the A/C blow hot air. It was fix under warranty (TSB). They also found a "R/R hose worn through next to the dip stick".
Parts replaced:
Qty FP-Number Description
1 3820-0601 R134 Dye
1 4R3Z-19D742-AA Tube as FOYF-307
4 1W1Z-19E889-KB O Ring FOYF-296
1 YN-12-D Oil - C FOYN-12
31 YN-19 Reffige FOYN-19
On a similar note, as anyone been having problems with the rear window defogger. When I turn mine on it takes like 10 or 15min to start clearing the rear window, it shouldn't take this long.
