I am having a lowspeed noise coming from the passenger back tire area (on bumpy road). Has anyone noticed this or is there a tsb on it?

It looks like I am going to have to have my rear end swapped out due to loud whining while decelerating (45-65mph) along with the skinkin shaker 500

I do have a little rattle in the back on bumpy roads at low speeds but its not bad. So for I have not got the whinning rear end, but on my wifes o4 explorer there was a whine at 55 mph and they had a tsb and are going to change the ring gear and pinion. I already had the shaker radio replaced and now waiting on front strut solution. If you find out about the noise let us know what they say!
