thanks all for the good comments. its been great seeing that others enjoy this mod as much as i do . also i see that this website has finnally got the upload of photos working so i have added some more pics and close up pics of the actual hinge.

There's only one model Mustang that should have wings.. the P-51.

man ... if i had that ... i wouldn't have to do the horizontal limbo to get out my stang in the garage (my wife never gives me enough room with the stupid van)

hmmm....perhaps it is just the angle of the pics, but it looks to me like the door is going to be right in your face when you stand up to get out of the car. I would think they should go forward more to clear the exit path from the vehicle - that looks like you'd have to slide out againts the back of the seat and door frame to get out, more work than just getting out of a regular door.

Perhaps a better pic from behind the door or directly from the side may change that perception.

reddomion yes im selling my other kit on ebay. if you read the listing what happened was that i had this first kit made at a shop and they were taking forever to finish it so i went to another shop to have it done and well i had to purchase the original hinge although i didnt go with that shop , so that is what you are seeing on ebay. and JIOBAO yes you can get out very easy and actually easier than before you have a whole big wide open area to get out
