Thumbs down

YES...

TOO BIG...

Autos have a good chance of overheating easily...

4.10's can "wet your pants" but will fry your tranny in time...

Check this site. http://www.mymustangpage.com/ Click on the photo of the red/black "featured Mustang". Bryan installed 4:10s on his auto and is very happy - no problems I'm aware of. Good luck! I'm installing 4.10s on my manual trans '05 this week.

Get a tranny cooler and you wont have to worry about any over heating issues.

What you should be looking into is if youll be ok with the higher rpm's that you will have at highway speeds. Some people dont mind some do. 3.73's are always an option if you have any concerns.
