Does anyone know what size Ford is using on their brake line fittings, especially were the hard line connects into the flexible rubber line at the wheels? Is it metric? Thanks

Here is the question I have: Did you have to install two line locks, one for each side? Does trhis keep the ABS from malfunctioning? Do you get an ABS light on the dash when you do a burn out with the locks on? Does it go off when you disable the locks?
The line size is 10mm-1.0 thread, you need bubble flare tubing to match up. Mine uses a # 4 AN fitting from the solenoids. You will need an adapter to go from #4 AN to the 10mm brake line. The adapter can be obtained from Jegs, it's a Russel part # 799-640421 or Eaton/Aeroquip part # fbm2946. You will most likely have to special order them. I used one solenoid per side. I am currently waiting for a different set up from JPC racing in Maryland that uses braded hose and taps directly in to the caliper. Should look alot better than the set-up I have now.
Are there any online places that sell bubble flared line with the correct fittings? I bent my stock line from the passenger side rubber hose connection up to the strut tower where I mounted my solenoid and it reached and the fitting screwed in no problems, but I had to use two adapters on the new line from the solenoid back to the rubber hose and i'd like to replace it without using adapters. On the drivers side I mounted the solenoid on the strut tower and bent the stock line from the abs module to the solenoid and bent a new line back to the abs using the same kind of adapters. The problem with the adapters I used is I had to use teflon tape on the ends that screwed into the ports on the solenoid and abs.
If I can't find the bubble flared line would the fitting number 6637 on this site eliminate the need for teflon tape?
If your solenoids will accept 1/8" pipe, I would use 6635 in both ends of the solenoid. You shouldn't have any problem finding metric bubble flare line if you have a NAPA store nearby. The one near me had 12" up to 36" available in stock.

I only saw double flared line at my napa store. I'll have to give them a call. I'm trying to avoid any kind of adapter that will require teflon tape. I screwed the stock lines directly into the solenoid ports with no adapters and they fit/sealed just fine. So I want the same line/fittings to replace the double flared lines I used.

By the way my solenoids have 1/8" npt ports and the stock lines screwed into them with no problem. That's why the whole metric thing was confusing me since 1/8 inch isn't metric.
Are you saying that the brakeline screwed irectly in to the solenoid? Tha does'nt sound right... Have you pumped the brakes yet to check for leaks? The flare needs to seat against a flare seat to seal..

Yes, that's what I'm saying. The summit solenoids looked like they had a tappered seat like the ports on the abs, but it was hard to tell. I have no leaks and I tested it by applying the brakes hard several times, plus i've been driving it for more than a week with no leaks. The bubble flare seals agains a conical seat or tappered seat, unlike a double flare which uses a raised seat that goes into the line.
the bottom line is the stock brake line that goes to the drivers side brake, that's the stock fitting. Ignore the teflon tape on it as I now realize it is uses because if it were to leak it would leak around the line first. The other line is standard steel line I bought at napa with double flared ends. I had to use the adapters you see in the pic in order for it to seal in the solenoid and the same adapter was used at the abs module. The teflon tape is necessary on the male side of this adapter to keep brake fluid from leaking past the threads.
