yea ill return it .. figured id attempt to do one of u guys a favor, so you could get one a bit cheaper than they usually go for...and stupid companies shipping two of them out have nothing to do with why **** is expensive.. but go pay 250 plus shipping, and dont save an extra 50 bucks be my guest.

god where are u people from.. and the whole story is i made a claim with paypal because the company never sent or replied to any of my emails askinbg them to change the shipping address because i had made a mistake on the address after i paid for the thing. i ordered another one to the correct address . then after i got my refund from paypal and the item shipped to my correct address i got the thing anyway a few houses down. if they had originally responded within the ten days alotted by paypal wouldnt have been a problem.. and just to set the record straight i think its a nice piece for the money compared to a few of the other ones out there but i dont expect any power gains without a reprogram. sounds nice though. ive ran consistent 13.60's with just that and hooker mufflers
Just remember that whoever does decide to buy it, you won't be getting a new K&N warranty with it. If it was me, I would return it if the return shipping was being picked up by the company; otherwise, it's mine. To avoid being jumped on in the future, seek the classifieds.

yes its still for sale.. and no they wont cover the shippping theyre in the process of fighting with paypal about getting their money. they let the ten days tyhey had to respond go long by.. and i see where ur comin from with the warrantee but its a platic tube and a filter with some hose clamps, what could yause the warrantee for, on request of whoever ill open the box and check everything to make sure its all good.. i was hoping to sell it locally so the buyer could inspect upon purchase, im in the ny area
Congrats- I was shipped two hood lift kits from Mustang Tuning. Sent the company a notice that it would cost $17.00 (my cost and nothing more) to ship them back there $80.00 hood lift kit and they said "keep it, our records only show one shipped". So I have two. I'll trade you a hood lift kit and some $$ for your K & N Air filter. We'll both make out from the boneheads. After all the same stuff is gonna be half price when the market cools down anyway. And for all you "Angels" out there, I suggest you take a look in the mirror.
