Hey guys, here is the question i hope someone can help me with. I have this 05 mustang gt and i have put c&l cold air intake and a diablosport programmer, now i want to make the next move which is to add pullies , I have been told that you cannot use pullies with the diablosport , supposibly it slows the alternator to much and then your car does not charge. Is this true? also has anyone put pullies on a 05 that can give me help with this . Thanks in advance

I've got the Steeda pullies and cai w/ diablo pred. tune for 4 months and no problems.
Hey Sonny1213 so you didnt have to creat a special program with the diablosport? just the cai program? thanks for your help in advance
I put the pullies on 1st and then about a month after actually going to Steeda while I was in Ft. Lauderdale, I ordered the cai and Diablosport Predator tuner from Steeda and their tunes are in the unit. Really simple to do.
I have been researching a pulley buy and want to pass along: that they range from 23% to 42% underdrive. There's a difference in their ability to dampen the harmonics of the spinning assembly so buy a darn good one.
That's where I am at right now. I haven't decided on with one. But the Factory Harmonic balancer is heavier than any of them it seems. Perhaps you guys can put a bit into this research as well.... (then let me know too).

Had the Steeda pullies, C & L CAI, MAC Axleback exhaust abd SCT Xcal2 with the C & L tune put in. 2 weeks with no problems so far. Because I had all mods done at once I can't tell how much of a difference the pullies made but the car seems a lot more aggressive now.

what's your guy's take on the motoblue pullies?? im about to install them in a friends 05 GT. Where can i find the toque specs and which one goes where? the kit came with 3 of them. we got it from rpmoutlet.
